We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you phone us, you reach me or somebody I would trust at my own home. This is a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.
